Turbo charging

Converting your carby car to fuel injection is not difficult at Beninca

Our expertise allows us to come up with some novel solutions

Aluminium fabrication is made to look easy

Notice the cold air pipe going down to the lower exterior front panel to collect cold ram air

This Fiat 128 was transformed with 120HP at  front wheels from 1300cc    Sweet road car

Multi throttles, fuel injection ported with cast port inserts in cylinder head, large air box with cold air ram are only some of the long list of items

Just removing the Air flow meter and fitting injection can give some outstanding gains for the budget conscious person

This 2 stoke 4cylinder sprint car engine  500cc is being dynoed here with fuel injection

Generous increases from trailing different exhaust systems

This example shows the multi throttle set up on a 24Valve Alfa Romeo engine being prepared for some testing on the engine dyno.

400 HP at 7300RPM

Again all was designed and manufactured INHOUSE

Here the throttle bodies are cast and all NC machined. Small sealed ball bearing used for no slack operation.

As can be seen from above photos no project is too difficult and the staff at Beninca discuss you particular requirements. This engine was built, dynoed, mapped, installed and raced with an outright win in the first race.

Injectors aim straight down the ram tubes. All the throttles and injectors were enclosed in an air box taking up most of the bonnet area but manufactured to be easily dismantled.

Extractors,  160HP @ engine. Laycock overdrive. Power steering with collapsible steering column. Vehicle fully restored and sent to Sth Africa for a client. Patrick Beninca almost completely built this vehicle him self. Amazing.
